What about cost?
We offer a $19.95 standard enrollment fee for paper forms or $17.50 for enrollments completed online.
We offer a $9.95 enrollment fee for non-profit animal shelters and rescue groups.
We offer free enrollment to all microchipped or tattooed dogs that are trained and certified though an assistance dog training program.
